New User Setup

If you are the first person from your company to access Customer Portal, please e-mail SRS Online Customer Support at Customer Portal. Provide your name, billing address, phone number, and account number. The Administrator will need to confirm your identity. Once identity and authorization has been established, we will mail you an "Authorization Code" and "Verification Code" for you to create your user profile. That user profile will become the system administrator from that point forward. You will then be able to set up additional users for your account. If someone from your company has already been set up as the account administrator, please contact that person to provide you with an "Authorization Code" and "Verification Code".
